iPhone users sometimes receive frustrating errors when trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network on their iPhone or iPad. When users try to connect to their Wi-Fi network at home or office, they suddenly get this unusual error and they are unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Problem with Wi-Fi network Setting on the iPhone
Step 1: Go to the Settings page first and tap on the General option.
Step 2: Then select the Transfer or Reset iPhone option at the bottom of the General page as shown below
Step 3: Now tap on the Reset option.
Step 4: Then select Reset Network Settings from the popped-up list by tapping on it once.
Step 5: You need to confirm it by tapping on Reset Network Settings again as shown in the below screenshot.
Forgot password or password may have been changed
Sometimes this kind of error message appears on iPhone, it could be because the Wi-Fi password or other details have been changed. So forgetting the Wi-Fi network and then reconnecting it to your iPhone can solve this problem.
Follow the steps given below :
Step 1: First of all open the Settings page on your iPhone.
Step 2: Select the Wi-Fi option by tapping it once
Step 3: Then after Wi-Fi loads all Wi-Fi networks saved or connected on your iPhone, tap on the Wi-Fi network you want to forget
Step 4: Afterward, tap on Forget this network option at the top of the Wi-Fi network page as shown in the below screenshot.
Turn Off/On the Wi-Fi option on iPhone
To fix this problem simply toggle the Wi-Fi option on your iPhone first off and then back on. We recommend that you try this method and see if it helps.
Step 1: Go to the Settings page and on the Settings page, tap on the Wi-Fi option
Step 2: On the Wi-Fi page, first tap on the toggle switch to turn off Wi-Fi
Step 3: Then wait for some time and enable it again by tapping on the Wi-Fi toggle button as shown in the below screenshot.
Re-Start your Wi-Fi Router

Step 1: Switch off the Wi-Fi router by switching off the power.
Step 2: Then unplugging and disconnecting the network cable from the router
Step 3: Wait for some time and plug the network cable into the router and connect it back
Step 4: After that, turn on the Wi-Fi router by switching its power on
